Molly began her counseling career working as a Child and Family Therapist at a local community mental health agency, where she was able to help children, adolescents, and caregivers who were struggling with an array of social, emotional, and behavioral issues. In addition to talk and play therapy, Molly offers EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy.

Bethie worked for 6 years as an elementary school teacher before moving into counseling. She attended Western Seminary, graduating in 2013 with a specialty in children's counseling. Bethie started her counseling career at Columbia River Mental Health Services, working with children and families. Bethie’s fascination with the brain and how it works drew her to Neurofeedback.

Joshua is a licensed mental health counselor who incorporates a variety of treatments, including talk therapy, EMDR, thorough QEEG brain mapping, family systems work, and Neurofeedback. Joshua is passionate about the growing field of Neurofeedback and the many ways we can use this powerful approach for treating mental and physical ailments.

Kathryn Fitzgerald, CNA

Kathryn's experience ranges from individuals and families, those going through or planning to foster and/or adopt, and families struggling through attachment, aggression, anxiety, and transitions into raising adult children, as well as physical, emotional, and social trauma. She has seen several clients reap great benefits from Neurofeedback which has led her to pursue the training herself.

Adam Wade-Garrett, M.A.

Adam works with individuals ages 13 and older and prefers to take a brain-based, friendly and light-hearted approach to counseling. He particularly enjoys working with individuals who are actively seeking after a sense of meaning or purpose and there’s nothing in counseling that lights him up quite like watching someone discover and embrace “that thing” they were built to do.

Alyssa Tuck is the friendly person on the other side of your phone and email inquiries. She is ready to assist you with billing, scheduling, and other questions you may have. Alyssa's prior experience includes working in Emergency Rooms, helping patients with insurance and billing, as well as doing virtual administrative work through her own Virtual Assistant business.

Aynsley Silva, M.A.

Aynsley Silva, M.A.

Aynsley has focused his therapy on helping guys (ages 5 years old to 60 years old), and the families who love them, to overcome obstacles in their lives. He builds on his clients’ passions, discovering their skills and strengths, and uses those assets to help them overcome obstacles in their lives. He finds intense joy in seeing people engage passionately in their daily routine and begin to realize their true value.

Sarah Hart, M.A.

Sarah Hart, M.A.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, Contracted

Sarah works with individuals and families of all ages, offering both talk and non-verbal expressive therapies. Some of those therapies include sand tray therapy and play therapy. Sarah also offers a parenting class called Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, where parents learn skills for responding to their child's behaviors that will help strengthen and build security in the child-parent relationship.
