Virtual Support Group for Dads

Join other self-identifying Dads and Fathers-to-be in this online support group hosted by a fellow Dad of three young kids. Wherever you are in the parenting journey, from trying to get pregnant, to caring for a newborn, up through parenting a 2-year-old, this group is for you.

What is Neurofeedback?

Join our Neurofeedback Clinicians for a free introductory class. In this 1 hour Facebook Live presentation you will gain a better understanding of what Neurofeedback is, how it works, who it can benefit, and how you can get connected. There will also be an open question and answer session at the end of each class.

Helping Your Child Transition Between Separated Homes

A free 2 hour, online workshop for parents of children who are struggling to adjust to being part of a separated family. Through establishing routines, understanding your child's behaviors, and working together, learn how to make the transition between homes smoother for your children. The class will be led by Aynsley Silva, LMHC. Access the worksheet here.
