What Are Groups?

At Fircrest Behavioral Health, we offer a variety of compassionate group sessions designed to help you heal, grow, and live life to its full potential. Whether you're looking to build new skills, connect with others who understand, or simply feel less alone, our groups provide a safe and supportive space for real progress.

Autism/ADHD Support Group: Building Friendships

Our group is here to support youth as they transition through life in middle school. Participants will have opportunities to utilize their strengths, learn how to read social cues, practice interactions with others, and engage in a strength-based environment with limited to no masking. Our hope is to assist in coaching each group member in how to make friends in a variety of social environments, with a bonus goal of possibly making friendships within the group. See the flier here.

Who: Middle Schoolers, ages 11-14 who are navigating relationships with ADHD or Autism. (Diagnosed or Undiagnosed)

Where: 7700 NE Parkway Dr. #130 Vancouver, WA 98662

When: Mondays, 3pm

Cost: Free

Starting July 14th, 2025

Heart & Hands: Building Connection and Mindfulness Through Creativity

You don't have to be an artist to create! We invite teens, ages 12-14, to join us in a therapeutic space for time to connect and build relationships through facilitated art and craft time together. This group is facilitated by our amazing pre-liscenced therapists, Monica Conway and Makena Andersen. See the flier here.

Who: Ages 12-14 year olds

Where: 7700 NE Parkway Dr. #130 Vancouver, WA 98662

When: Wednesdays, 4:30pm - 6pm

Cost: $5/person (to cover the cost of supplies)

Starting January 2026

Stitchin' & Bitchin': A Group for Introverted Creatives

This is an 8 week group for introverted creatives to work with their hands while enjoying low stress social and processing time with licensed and pre-licensed therapists. See the flier here.

What to expect: 

  • No pressure to make eye contact, small talk or over share.

  • Bring your favorite hands-on hobby to do while you hang out.

  • Quality time with others who get you!

Who: Adults, 18+

When: Wednesdays, 11am

Cost: $50 per person per session/ $200 per month (Contact us to find out about insurance coverage)
