A Little About Me…
Having spent 20+ years in the public and private sector workforce, I understand the value of our stories. I’ve been a humanitarian aid worker in Bosnia, a program manager for Girl Scouts, a missionary in Scotland and Japan, a flight attendant, and worked in the security consultant field.

I’m always up for an adventure, whether it’s in nature--skiing, camping, or hiking—or curled up by the fire knitting, reading, and being creative. If you can't find me, there is a good chance I’m looking for a rogue gnome from my collection who has decided to go on a spontaneous walkabout.

Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling is where people come to solve problems, grow, and change their lives in the direction that they think is best for them and their families. Robin specializes in Story Informed Trauma Therapy which enables her to help clients find the source of their distress.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy

Group therapy involves one or more therapist who lead a group of five to 15 patients. Some people attend individual therapy in addition to groups, while others participate in groups only. Depending on the nature of what you are wanting to work on, group therapy can be an ideal choice for positive change in your life.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is an approach to counseling that was originally designed for use with children, and has shown to be beneficial for adolescents and adults as well. The basic principle of play therapy is that, due to development and minimal life experience, children are better able to express the things on their minds through the context of play. Adolescents and adults find it helpful as well because traumatic life experiences can make finding words to express their thoughts and feelings difficult. Learn more about Play Therapy.
