THOMAS BIDDLE, BS
Counseling Intern
Life can sometimes feel like stepping up to the plate in the middle of a tough inning. The pressure is mounting, your confidence is shaken, and you have no clear sense of what pitch is coming next. In those moments, I believe people deserve a space where they don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or pretend they are fine. I aim to offer an environment where people can slow down, catch their breath, and feel genuinely heard without judgment.
My approach is informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and narrative therapy. In practice, that means I help people develop tools for handling intense emotions, stress, relationships, and day-to-day challenges, while also exploring the stories they carry about themselves and their lives.
Together, we work to separate people from the problems they face, identify patterns that may no longer be serving them, and highlight their own resilience. I see therapy as a collaborative process: sometimes we are slowing the game down to read the field, and sometimes we are helping you step back up to the plate with greater confidence and clarity.
As an intern, I bring curiosity and humility to the counseling relationship. I am committed to meeting clients with compassion and honesty. My hope is to support you in building skills, reclaiming your voice, and shaping a story that feels more empowered and authentic.

A Little About Me…
When I’m not in a counseling space, I spend my time wandering the stars in No Man’s Sky and uncovering lost mysteries in the Elder Scrolls Online. My cat, Ziva, enjoys a spoiled life and her time as my co-pilot (Though she will be sadly absent in sessions). As an avid sports fan I will usually spend my Sundays watching Formula 1, Indycar, football, baseball, and just about any other sport under the sun.
Services & Fees
Intern fees are non-profit and only cover the cost of the service.
As a service to the community, our Pre-licensed professionals offer services for $90 per session. For individuals who qualify, we have a limited number of sliding scale slots available, reducing the cost to as little as $50 per session.
To determine eligibility for services on a sliding scale, please request a scholarship form with our Clinic Care Team during your initial scheduling call. If there are no slots immediately available, you can be added to a waitlist for future consideration.

Individual Counseling
Individual Counseling is where people come to solve problems, grow, and change their lives in the direction that they think is best for them and their families. When people are stuck and they don't know how to stop certain behaviors, counseling can provide the skills they need to get them where they want to go in life.
