ALLYSON KLOTZER, BS
Neurofeedback Intern
Hey! My name is Allyson, and I’m a passionate about supporting individuals as they work toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.
I understand how discouraging it can feel when symptoms seem never-ending. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, encouraged, and empowered while their brain learns new, healthier patterns.
I want to share an incredible tool with you—neurofeedback. It's a type of brain training that helps you improve focus, reduce stress, and enhance overall mental clarity. By using real-time brainwave monitoring, you can learn to optimize your brain’s activity, leading to better performance and emotional balance. Whether you’re looking to improve your concentration for school, manage anxiety, or just feel more at ease, neurofeedback is a super personalized and fresh approach.

A Little About Me…
In my free time I enjoy being outside and traveling. Whether it's a hike through the mountains or combing the beach for shells, I'm there. I love anything and everything to do with music, reading a good book on a rainy day, hunting through a vintage shop, and playing board games with those close to me.
