If you’re struggling with day-to-day life and don’t know the next step, this is the perfect place for you! Perhaps your outward “I have it all together” face is silently crumbling, and you need a guide to help you understand what’s fueling the chaos and why, and how to find peace instead. Freedom from the burdens of your past is possible! You can be happy with your present, and be confident that your future is hopeful.

I’m Robin and I use the Story Informed Trauma Therapy (SITT) model to help you explore and understand how your childhood experiences and trauma have, and continue to impact your life story. I also work with clients experiencing trauma in adulthood.

Through this therapist-directed, trauma-informed, step-by-step roadmap, I will partner with you in curiosity for healing, growth, and transformation.

As a part of the healing process I use EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Sand Tray Therapy, Play Therapy, and Nature Based Walk and Talk Therapy to facilitate therapeutic success.

A Little About Me…

Having spent 20+ years in the public and private sector workforce, I understand the value of our stories and the impact of trauma. Through my work as a Humanitarian Aid Worker in Bosnia, a Program Manager for Girl Scouts, a Missionary in Scotland and Japan, a Flight Attendant, and in the security consulting field, I’ve travelled around the world, worked with a wide variety of people, and experienced many cultures.

I’m always up for an adventure, whether it’s in nature—skiing, camping, or hiking—or curled up by the fire knitting, reading, and being creative. If you can't find me, there is a good chance I’m looking for a rogue gnome from my collection who has decided to go on a spontaneous walkabout or I just don’t want to be found.

Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling is where people come to solve problems, grow, and change their lives in the direction that they think is best for them and their families. Robin specializes in Story Informed Trauma Therapy which enables her to help clients find the source of their distress.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy

Group therapy involves one or more therapist who lead a group of five to 15 patients. Some people attend individual therapy in addition to groups, while others participate in groups only. Depending on the nature of what you are wanting to work on, group therapy can be an ideal choice for positive change in your life.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is an approach to counseling that was originally designed for use with children and has shown to be beneficial for adolescents and adults as well. The basic principle of play therapy is that, due to development and minimal life experience, individuals are better able to express the things on their minds through the context of play.
